Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when an order can be cancelled, how refunds are handled, and what to do if your order has already moved into dispatch.

1. Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation before the order is marked as dispatched or shipped. Once accepted, prepaid refunds are initiated to the original payment method. COD orders are closed without payment collection.

2. After Dispatch

After dispatch, cancellation may not be available because the package is already with the courier. You can still refuse delivery where courier rules allow, or use our Returns & Refunds Policy after delivery.

3. RUHISEN-Initiated Cancellation

We may cancel an order for reasons such as stock unavailability, payment risk, incorrect pricing, incomplete address details, repeated failed delivery attempts, or suspected misuse. If payment was collected, a full refund is initiated.

4. Refund Timeline

  • UPI, card, netbanking, or wallet: usually 3-7 business days after refund initiation, depending on the bank or payment provider.
  • COD: no refund is required if payment was not collected. If an exception applies, support will coordinate the refund details.

5. How To Request Cancellation

Email support@ruhisen.in with your order number and registered phone or email. You can also use the account order page or Track Order page where cancellation/status options are available.
