We currently ship to all states and union territories within India, including remote PIN codes serviced by our courier partners. International shipping is not available at this time — please follow our newsletter for updates.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that or on a holiday are dispatched on the next working day. During flash sales, new drops, or peak festive periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days; we will keep you posted by email.

These are indicative timelines provided by our courier partners. Severe weather, transport disruptions, or government restrictions may cause occasional delays.
You will receive a confirmation email the moment your order is placed and a second email with the courier name and tracking number when it is dispatched. You can also visit Track Order any time to see your latest status — no login required.
COD is available on selected PIN codes for eligible orders. Please keep the exact order amount in cash ready at delivery. Couriers may not always carry change, and many of them now accept UPI at the doorstep.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please wait an additional 24–48 hours (couriers occasionally scan late). If there is still no update, write to us at support@ruhisen.in with your order number — we will chase it with the courier and keep you updated.
Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address or because the customer was unreachable for 3 delivery attempts will be refunded as store credit minus the actual courier-return cost. Re-shipping a returned order requires the shipping fee to be paid again.
If your package arrives visibly damaged or you are missing an item, please do not open the package fully — take a clear photo of the outer box, courier label, and contents, and email it to support@ruhisen.in within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
