To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as loss of business, profits, or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law (for example, statutory consumer rights).
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [Add jurisdiction city — set in Admin → Settings → Business].
