Enter your delivery address, pick a payment method, and confirm. You will receive an order-confirmation email immediately.

You can checkout as a guest using just an email and phone number. Creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, manage wishlist, and re-order faster.

Please check your spam/promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, log in to your account and verify the order appears under "My Orders". If not, email us with your phone number and we will look it up.

You can request changes (address, size, item swap) before the order is dispatched, by emailing us as soon as possible. Once "Dispatched", changes are not possible; you can return or refuse delivery instead.

We accept UPI, debit & credit cards, net-banking, and wallets through Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available on eligible PIN codes.

Yes. All online payments are processed on Razorpay's secure checkout — your full card number, CVV, and UPI PIN are entered on their interface and never stored on our servers. The site runs entirely over HTTPS.

This is rare and usually resolves automatically within a few minutes. If it doesn't, email us your payment reference / UTR and the time of payment — we will reconcile with Razorpay and either confirm the order or refund the amount within 5–7 business days.

COD is available on most PIN codes serviced by our courier partners. The COD option will appear at checkout if your PIN code is eligible.

Yes — size exchanges are supported, subject to stock. If your size is unavailable, your return is refunded instead.

Prepaid: 3–7 business days to the original payment method. COD: 3–5 business days via bank transfer or instant store credit. We email a reference number once it is initiated.

Measure a tee that already fits you and compare it to our size chart on each product page — that's usually more accurate than measuring your body. Key measurements: chest, length, and shoulder.

Our sizes (S, M, L, XL, XXL) are based on Indian fits. We design for a relaxed/oversized feel — if you're between sizes and want a regular fit, size down.

Add items to your bag, open the bag or checkout, and enter the code in the Coupon field. Click Apply — valid coupons will show the discount in your order summary. Only one code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.

Coupons can fail for several reasons: expired, minimum order not met, already used, or the cart doesn't include eligible products. Double-check the terms shared with the code, or write to us if you believe it's a mistake.

No, only one coupon can be applied per order. Combo deals (e.g., "Buy 3 for ₹999") apply automatically and don't conflict with coupon codes.

Yes — we use Google's official OAuth flow. We receive only your name, email, and Google account ID. We do not see your Google password or access any other Google service. You can revoke access any time from your Google Account → Security settings.

Click Forgot password? on the login page and enter your registered email. We will send a reset link valid for 1 hour. Already signed up with Google? Use the Google button instead — no password needed.
